Key Responsibilities
- Perform all daily auditing functions for hotel operations, balancing and reconciling all departmental revenue.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and assign rooms efficiently during the night shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive overnight experience.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management, including revenue summaries and occupancy statistics.
- Maintain the security of the hotel and its guests by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular property walks.
- Act as the main point of contact for emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
- Handle cash, credit card, and direct billing transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Set up for the complimentary breakfast service and ensure the lobby area is clean and welcoming.
- Undertake any other duties as required to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night auditor role
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera or similar
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Sunderland
- Experience handling cash and reconciling accounts
