Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) in alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare and consumer health landscape.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and promotional materials that support market penetration and growth targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure all initiatives are executed within allocated resources and timelines.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors for creative development, media buying, and event management.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Support the launch of new products or initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing content, including website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product portfolios and therapeutic areas to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing software).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of Canadian healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Previous experience working with a global brand or multinational corporation.
