Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize LGE Community Credit Union's social media profiles, developing engaging content calendars and fostering community interaction.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and overall search visibility.
  • Oversee content creation for all digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, IT) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and consistent brand message across all member touchpoints.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovations to enhance our digital presence.
  • Assist in managing and updating the credit union's website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and an optimal user experience.
  • Support the development and execution of A/B tests and other optimization experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and annual planning process, providing digital expertise and insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing (paid and organic), email marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM software, marketing automation platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working specifically within the financial services, credit union, or banking industry.
