Job Description

Kainos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business growth objectives across various sectors. You will work autonomously within a collaborative remote team environment, leading key campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis. You will be instrumental in shaping our messaging, enhancing our digital footprint, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on digital channels and remote execution.
  • Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and sector teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively support lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the remote team.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B technology or services company.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and experience in developing engaging content strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment.
