Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
  • Create compelling and on-brand marketing content, including copy, visuals, and video concepts, tailored for various channels.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, e-commerce) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
  • Manage and maintain Next's social media presence, engaging with the community and driving brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the development of the overall marketing strategy and budget planning.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as required for specific campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing copy.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
