Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities in the Nord-Ubangi Province, ensuring regional relevance.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify trends and inform strategic decisions specific to the local market.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, ATL, BTL) to enhance brand awareness and engagement within the province.
- Manage the overall brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and tone of voice across all communications and touchpoints.
- Oversee the marketing budget for brand initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable ROI for regional campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, customer service, and regional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and market penetration.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Mentor, lead, and develop the local marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and opportunities for brand expansion within the province.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and traditional advertising channels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the telecommunications or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Familiarity with the cultural nuances and local market dynamics of the Democratic Republic of Congo, especially Nord-Ubangi Province.
- Proficiency in local languages such as Lingala or Swahili.
- Certifications in brand management, digital marketing, or project management.
