Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, website, paid media).
- Support the content creation process by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor and track campaign performance data, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to align marketing efforts.
- Support administrative tasks for the marketing department, including budget tracking and invoice processing.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about marketing in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
