Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Managers in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for artist releases.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets (e.g., artwork, videos, press photos, digital advertising materials) to various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all campaign elements are on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments (e.g., Sales, A&R, Digital) and external partners (e.g., media agencies, artists, management).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the creation of compelling marketing presentations and reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing insights.
  • Process invoices, manage marketing expenses, and track budget allocations.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required to support the marketing department's overall objectives.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or administrative role, preferably within the entertainment or music industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
