Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of our social media channels, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying trends to optimize our digital presence.
- Help coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the remote marketing team and with external vendors, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and asset libraries to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource management.
- Provide administrative support to the broader marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
Required Skills
- 18+ months of proven experience in a marketing support role, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software like Mailchimp or HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
