Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and dismantle market stall displays in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Actively engage with customers, providing product information and assisting with selections.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using cash or mobile payment systems.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming stall environment throughout operating hours.
  • Monitor stock levels, restock products as needed, and report low stock to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure products are correctly priced and clearly displayed.
  • Assist with loading and unloading inventory before and after market hours.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and follow all company guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster repeat business and loyalty.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
