Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Fan Milk Nigeria Plc products (e.g., ice cream, yoghurt, dairy drinks) to customers in assigned market territories.
  • Engage with potential customers to introduce products, explain features and benefits, and answer questions clearly.
  • Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products at sales points to attract maximum customer attention.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the sales team lead with consistency.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining daily sales records and accountability.
  • Provide excellent, friendly customer service, building rapport and trust with market vendors and end-consumers.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights, reporting them to the sales supervisor for strategic planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of sales equipment and products, adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Participate actively in daily sales briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
