Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial health.
- Support the annual planning cycle and periodic reforecasting processes, working with business units to gather data and build financial models.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
