Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing calls and visitors appropriately and professionally.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, financial data, and other administrative projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Facilitate internal communications, including drafting announcements, newsletters, and coordinating team events.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and manage petty cash or other financial administrative tasks in accordance with company policies.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
