Key Responsibilities
- Perform various assembly tasks according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
- Operate basic production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently after training.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading materials from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies rigorously to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly to supervision.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 20kg), and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new processes.
- Basic communication skills in English or Finnish.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even if minimal).
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles or technical aptitude.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology or lean manufacturing principles.
- Forklift operation certificate (an advantage, but not required).
