Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured rotation program across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Operations, and Finance.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights.
- Assist in the development and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (graduated within the last 1-2 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across diverse groups.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to learning.
