Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across key departments (Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to gain comprehensive business understanding.
- Support departmental teams in daily operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and business solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to management on various projects and assignments.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Take initiative to learn new skills and adapt to various work environments and challenges.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field (recently graduated, within the last 2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior involvement in extracurricular activities, student organizations, or volunteer work.
- Basic understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Knowledge of an additional local language (e.g., Amharic, Oromo, Tigrinya) is a plus.
