We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong aptitude for hands-on work, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide array of equipment and systems, including but not limited to plumbing fixtures, electrical circuits, HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and general carpentry. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests for maintenance or repairs, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property, identifying and rectifying potential hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent.
  • Assist in the renovation and remodeling projects as directed.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance or a related trade.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
