Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to execute maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders, track equipment history, and generate performance reports.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all planning activities.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify maintenance needs, assess risks, and implement solutions.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance performance, budget adherence, and asset health.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
