Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and technicians with routine preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery.
- Participate in the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Learn and apply best practices for equipment reliability and asset management.
- Support the identification of root causes for equipment failures and contribute to corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and spare parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning to develop expertise in plant operations and new technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
