Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of luxury beauty treatments including advanced facials, signature massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and specialized body treatments following Montaigne Place's protocols.
- Conduct thorough and personalized client consultations to understand individual skin concerns, preferences, and health conditions, providing expert advice and recommending bespoke treatment plans and premium home care products.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene and cleanliness standards for all treatment rooms, equipment, and tools, ensuring a pristine and sterile environment for discerning clients.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a relaxing, exclusive, and personalized experience during each visit, and actively encouraging loyalty and repeat bookings.
- Proactively promote and cross-sell luxury spa products and additional high-end services that align with client needs and enhance their treatment results.
- Stay abreast of the latest international beauty trends, cutting-edge techniques, and new product innovations through continuous professional development and training.
- Efficiently manage appointment schedules, meticulously prepare treatment areas, and ensure all necessary luxury supplies are adequately stocked and ready for use.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure smooth spa operations and uphold a harmonious, professional working environment.
