Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain merchandising plans, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and compliant with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize products to ensure optimal availability and presentation.
- Execute planograms accurately and efficiently, ensuring all products are correctly placed and priced.
- Install and update promotional signage, pricing labels, and marketing materials as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of product displays for cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality.
- Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to communicate product feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide insights on product performance and customer engagement to enhance merchandising strategies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
