Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and other service-related requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly, empathetic, and professional service experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Stay updated on Lowe's products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
