Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of domestic and international shipments.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing updates to internal teams and customers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including transport details, costs, and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouses, and customers to resolve operational issues.
- Support the optimization of logistics processes and contribute to efficiency improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
