Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform order picking and packing duties using various equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, if certified) to meet daily targets.
  • Accurately sort, label, and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and packaging.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns.
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep as required.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting) for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Preferred Qualifications
