Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments, refunds, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain appealing product displays according to store standards.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including aisles, checkout areas, and backroom.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth store operations.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math and cash-handling proficiency
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
