Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines and detailed planograms.
- Ensure accurate and timely placement of products, precise pricing, and compelling promotional signage.
- Monitor inventory levels diligently, restock shelves efficiently, and organize backroom stock to ensure continuous product availability.
- Collaborate proactively with store management to execute seamless seasonal changes, impactful special promotions, and successful new product launches.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify and promptly address merchandising opportunities and inconsistencies.
- Provide constructive feedback on product performance, emerging customer trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and stockroom environment at all times.
- Assist with comprehensive inventory counts and contribute actively to loss prevention efforts.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing accurate product information when required to enhance their experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar role, demonstrating a foundational understanding of retail operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation, ensuring appealing product displays.
