Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new microfinance clients within Nung Udoe and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and credit appraisals for loan applicants.
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Disburse approved loans and monitor repayment schedules to ensure timely collections.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer support and financial advisory services.
- Educate clients on financial literacy, product terms, and responsible financial management practices.
- Actively manage a portfolio of loans, identify potential risks, and implement effective recovery strategies when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on loan portfolio performance, client acquisition, and recovery efforts.
- Achieve assigned individual and team targets for loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and client retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the microfinance sector.

Preferred Qualifications
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in microfinance, banking, sales, or customer service.
- Demonstrable experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Prior experience working with underserved communities or small businesses.
- Knowledge of financial regulations pertaining to microfinance in Nigeria.
