Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and other professional platforms to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, building strong relationships and promoting Microsoft's culture and opportunities.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, showcasing Microsoft as a top employer.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly related to LinkedIn's capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on pipeline status, market feedback, and recruitment challenges to stakeholders.
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a broad and diverse candidate pool.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging LinkedIn's advanced search functions, InMail strategies, and talent insights.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier passive candidates across various skill sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling candidate messages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or similar enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for roles within the technology industry (Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, etc.).
  • Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional sourcing tools.
  • Experience with global recruiting or diverse talent markets.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
