Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate to Project Managers as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage project resources and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for various audiences.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist with onboarding new project team members and organizing necessary training.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology or internet industry.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
