Job Description

We are urgently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Legal Secretary to join our bustling Riyadh office on a full-time, flexible hour basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring impeccable accuracy, confidentiality, and ease of accessibility.
  • Draft, format, and meticulously proofread legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring strict compliance with legal standards and firm guidelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule a wide array of appointments, meetings, conference calls, and complex travel arrangements for lawyers, managing intricate calendars effectively and proactively.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, external counsel, and other critical stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally, efficiently, and directing them appropriately.
  • Prepare and accurately process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring timely submission.
  • Perform a full range of administrative tasks such as transcription, photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with legal research, litigation support, and trial preparation as needed, under the direct guidance and supervision of legal professionals.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced document formatting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, essential for a multi-cultural legal environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with an unwavering attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
