Intel Corporation in Israel is seeking a proactive and insightful Legal Counsel (יועץ/ת משפטי/ת) to join our esteemed legal department in Petah Tikva. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and strategic support on a broad range of legal matters pertaining to Intel Israel's operations, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, labor law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Manage legal risks effectively, ensuring stringent adherence to Israeli laws and regulations, as well as Intel's global policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business units, engineering teams, HR, and finance departments to provide timely, practical, and actionable legal guidance.
  • Support corporate governance initiatives and assist with internal investigations or litigation matters as needed, representing Intel's interests.
  • Stay continuously updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments in Israel and their potential impact on Intel's business strategies and operations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-reasoned opinions on complex legal issues.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of legal training programs and awareness initiatives for employees across various departments.

Required Skills

  • Admitted to the Israeli Bar Association.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or a top-tier law firm.
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
  • Strong understanding of Israeli corporate law, contract law, commercial regulations, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents with precision and strategic insight.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technology law, intellectual property, or complex data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law).
  • Previous in-house legal counsel experience in a multinational corporation, particularly in the tech sector.
  • Familiarity with global legal compliance frameworks and international best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to align legal advice with overarching business objectives and strategic goals.
