Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, commercially astute legal advice and counsel to a diverse range of individual and corporate clients on complex legal issues.
- Manage a varied and challenging caseload from inception to resolution, ensuring timely, efficient, and effective progression of all matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of sophisticated legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, and formal correspondence.
- Represent clients effectively and persuasively in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and all relevant court proceedings (strong advocacy experience is highly valued).
- Conduct thorough and precise legal research and analysis to support client cases, firm initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, truly understanding their unique needs, objectives, and commercial imperatives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across different departments and offices to leverage collective expertise and deliver integrated client solutions.

Required Skills
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales with a valid and current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrable post-qualification experience (minimum of 4 years PQE) gained within a reputable law firm or an equivalent in-house legal department.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and critical problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
