Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product location, selection, and purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and processing transactions.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized displays.
- Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise against invoices, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, tagging, and tracking stock levels.
- Provide support to other team members and departments as required to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and effectively.
- Assist in preparing store for opening and closing procedures.
Required Skills
