Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service at all times.
- Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Efficiently stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organised merchandise displays.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards throughout all areas.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and processing deliveries.
- Support promotional activities and ensure signage is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
- Handle customer returns and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Support other store duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
