Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product location, inquiries, and selections.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves, display cases, and aisles.
- Ensure product freshness by rotating stock, monitoring expiration dates, and properly disposing of outdated items.
- Assist with receiving and unloading merchandise, ensuring proper storage and inventory procedures.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Uphold high standards of store cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including checkout lanes, aisles, and restrooms.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and arranging promotional displays to attract customers.
