Key Responsibilities

- Scan groceries and merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Process various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked checkout area at all times.
- Answer customer questions clearly and provide assistance with product locations or store services.
- Handle returns and exchanges politely and efficiently in strict accordance with company policy.
- Bag groceries carefully and offer assistance with carrying items to vehicles when necessary.
- Actively promote loyalty programs, special offers, and store promotions to customers.

Required Skills
