Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and consolidate customer orders using handheld scanning devices and/or voice-picking technology.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed), in a safe and efficient manner.
- Verify product quantity and quality to ensure order accuracy and prevent damages.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for loading and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines for handling perishable goods.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
