Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about store products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Proactively assist shoppers with inquiries, locating items, and resolving minor issues with a patient and positive attitude.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges (full training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and checkout area at all times.
- Support other store departments as needed, fostering a cohesive team effort and smooth store operations.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and new products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding customer service, cash handling, and security.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as managing incoming mail, preparing reports, or organizing supplies, as required.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not strictly required if potential is demonstrated).
- Basic computer literacy for POS system and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, food service) is beneficial but not mandatory.
