Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at all times.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist customers in locating products and navigating the store layout.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness.
- Bag groceries carefully and efficiently.
- Promote store loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
