Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities across client operations, financial systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies indicative of emerging risks or control deficiencies.
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs and industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing risk findings, recommendations, and mitigation strategies for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate risk management insights into broader advisory projects.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented risk controls and mitigation actions, providing ongoing performance assessments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in risk management.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and capabilities in risk identification and response.
  • Support senior team members in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, CRM).
  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial services, technology, or consumer markets industries.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Prior experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity.
