Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup of banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and decorations according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, following established service standards and protocols.
- Clear tables and banquet areas promptly and discreetly during and after events, ensuring cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a helpful attitude, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Ensure all service areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout events, including replenishing supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, senior waiters, and event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet areas and proper storage of equipment and supplies after events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and support the overall team goals.
