Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate actively with senior UX/UI designers to thoroughly understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
- Participate in various user research activities, including conducting interviews, designing surveys, and facilitating usability testing sessions.
- Assist in creating detailed wireframes, compelling storyboards, clear user flows, efficient process flows, and comprehensive site maps.
- Design and iterate on user interface elements, robust design systems, and functional components, ensuring visual consistency and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop interactive prototypes to effectively test and iterate on design solutions, gathering crucial feedback.
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions clearly to team members and key stakeholders.
- Gather, synthesize, and incorporate constructive feedback from cross-functional teams and user testing into design revisions.
- Stay diligently up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of design processes, methodologies, and team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing design projects (personal, academic, or professional case studies).
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong visual design skills with an exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics, and typography.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and concepts both verbally and in writing.
