BlackPepper Creative Studio is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Stylist to join our vibrant team in Surulere, Lagos. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of fashion trends, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
As a Junior Stylist specializing in wardrobe setup, you will be an integral part of our production team, working closely with lead stylists, photographers, and models to ensure every garment, accessory, and prop contributes perfectly to the visual narrative of our fashion shoots. Your primary focus will be on the meticulous organization, preparation, and maintenance of all wardrobe elements. This includes unboxing new collections, steaming and pressing garments, ensuring sizing accuracy, arranging outfits according to styling plans, and maintaining an immaculate styling area on set. You’ll also be responsible for packing and unpacking wardrobe, tracking inventory, and assisting with returns.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Stylist in conceptualizing and executing wardrobe plans for fashion shoots, editorials, and commercial projects.
- Manage the meticulous organization, steaming, pressing, and preparation of all garments and accessories prior to and during shoots.
- Ensure all wardrobe items are accounted for, properly stored, and maintained in excellent condition.
- Assist with styling adjustments on set, ensuring garments fit models correctly and present optimally for photography.
- Help in sourcing and returning wardrobe items, props, and accessories as required.
- Maintain an organized and clean styling area and wardrobe inventory.
- Support the overall production team with various tasks to ensure smooth shoot operations.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, designers, and styling techniques.
- Accurately track wardrobe usage, damages, and returns.
