Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training and effectively operate various access control systems, including automated gates, barriers, and advanced visitor management software.
- Actively monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to proactively identify and report any suspicious activities or breaches within the estate perimeter.
- Meticulously verify the identity and authorization of all individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the estate, ensuring strict adherence to established access protocols.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date logs of all visitor and vehicle movements, diligently adhering to established reporting and documentation procedures.
- Conduct regular, thorough patrols of assigned areas within the estate to ensure the continuous security and integrity of the premises.
- Respond promptly, calmly, and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, escalating situations as per predefined protocols and procedures.
- Provide polite, professional, and helpful assistance to residents and visitors with any security-related inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with senior security personnel, estate management, and local law enforcement to enhance overall security measures and resolve any emerging issues.
- Participate actively and enthusiastically in all mandatory training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development programs.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and detailed handover notes for incoming shifts.
