Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing promotional activities within the Jakande Estate, Lekki area.
- Ensure effective deployment and visibility of promotional materials, point-of-sale (POS) items, and merchandising tools across retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and local markets to assess brand visibility, product availability, and shelf presence.
- Gather consumer feedback and market intelligence on product performance, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for product placement and promotions.
- Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with retailers and distributors to facilitate smooth promotional rollouts and foster loyalty.
- Collect and analyze basic sales data and promotional effectiveness, preparing concise reports for review by the marketing and sales management.
- Participate actively in community engagement events, product activations, and sampling campaigns to increase brand awareness and trial.
- Ensure strict compliance with company standards for product display, branding, and hygiene at all retail points.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department as needed, including organizing promotional materials and managing inventory.
Required Skills
