Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers on the sales floor, proactively initiating conversations and identifying their needs.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits (e.g., smartphones, laptops, accessories) in a clear and compelling manner.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets through persuasive selling techniques.
- Participate in in-store promotional activities and campaigns to attract new customers and boost sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure the sales area is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing, adhering to company merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

- Ability to speak multiple local languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is an added advantage
