Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-ins and check-outs according to hotel standards.
- Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as required.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, manage cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining guest logs.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., French, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa).
