Job Description

Are you meticulous, curious, and passionate about ensuring digital products work flawlessly? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to kickstart your career in Quality Assurance, but need the flexibility to balance other commitments? Netguru is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior QA Tester to join our team in a part-time capacity with flexible hours. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are at the very beginning of their professional journey, perhaps still studying or juggling other responsibilities, to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Junior QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of the digital products we build for our diverse range of clients. You’ll work closely with experienced QA engineers, developers, and product designers, learning the ropes of software testing from the ground up. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship, helping you develop a strong foundation in various testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Your day-to-day will involve executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and verifying fixes across web and mobile applications. We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one; rather, we seek individuals with a strong willingness to learn, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. If you’re eager to understand how software works, dedicated to user experience, and ready to contribute to high-quality product delivery, we encourage you to apply.

At Netguru, we value work-life balance and understand the need for adaptability. This part-time position offers significant flexibility in terms of working hours, allowing you to tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle. You’ll be integrated into our team, receiving the same level of support and access to our learning resources as full-time employees, just on a scale that works for you. Immerse yourself in a culture that champions innovation, collaboration, and personal growth, and contribute to projects that have a real impact.
