Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with mall visitors, attracting them to the MTN event booth.
- Present and demonstrate MTN products, services, and promotional offers clearly and persuasively.
- Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of MTN's latest innovations.
- Answer customer inquiries accurately and courteously, providing exceptional service.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional giveaways.
- Assist in the setup and dismantle of event booths and promotional displays.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the event coordinator.
- Achieve daily engagement and lead generation targets as set by the team leader.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the MTN brand positively.
