Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments against packing lists or order forms.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment during logistics shifts.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
